Record companies need to track a whole host of information surrounding publicity, promotion, sales and production of an album. Our solution provides users with the tool they need to track customers, contacts, correspondence, and mailings.

   
         
 
 

Our solutions are capable of managing a wide range of digital information. Digital music files ( .mp3, Quicktime, etc.), for example, can be stored within the database or can reside outside the solution and referenced with a link to the file.

   
         
     
   
 
 
           
 

One key component, as shown above, is the ability to assign attributes to companies. This facilitates future searching and reporting on albums sent to radio stations. Also, with specific attributes assigned to companies, you can then target college radio stations, for example, in your mailings or create expense reports that are sub-summarized by these company attributes.

Our Database Solutions are geared toward the workgroup (1-250 users). These high performance multi-user solutions are all customizable to suite your specific needs. Our Solutions are compatible with industry standards such as XML and SQL.

 

All of our solutions are capable of various forms of remote access. Your database can be "Web enabled" to give access through a browser.
