Drug Promo Event Tracker      
 

If you are planning a Drug Promo Event, you will need a database track and manage all of the inflammation. Keeping your information in a database will vastly improve your ability to track attendees and create reports on expenses.

   
         
   

The Event Promo Tracker is designed to integrate with your Clinical Trial tracking system. This component can work as a "Plug-in" to your existing system or as a stand alone database.

When integrated with your existing Clinical trial database, users can easily switch between databases and share information. For example, vendor information resides in one central location and can be accessed whether you are working in the Clinical Trial system or the Event Promo system.

    
         
           
 

Our Drug Promo Event Tracker not only tracks attendees of a particular event, it also allows you to manage attendees of a function within an event. This is of particular importance when, for example, an Investigator attends an event with a spouse.

In this example, both individuals are event attendees but they may not attend the same functions. The investigator may attend a lunch meeting while both may attend a dinner meeting. The event attendees are tracked independent of the function attendees. This allows you to manage event expenses independent of function expenses.
